A practice built around clients, not departments.
Russell Martin Legal Services Limited was incorporated on 12 October 2006 and remains a privately held English company. The work has always been particular: the papers that protect a household, and the counsel that big financial firms rely on in the UK and internationally when the details must be right.
Who we are
The firm is the legal-services practice of Russell Martin, working from Gerrards Cross. We advise families and big financial firms — in Buckinghamshire, London and internationally — on Wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, probate and the planning that holds those documents together.
We are small on purpose. You deal with the same people from the first conversation through to signing and, later, any review. That is the point of a private client practice: continuity, not a revolving file.
How we work
Meetings are by appointment at Packhorse Road, or by telephone and video if you prefer. We ask for the facts that matter — family, property, previous documents — and we say clearly what we can draft and what, if anything, should be referred elsewhere.
Advice is given in ordinary English. You will know what a clause does before you execute it.
